The Drought Watch UI is a web application developed to provide access to the spatial datasets produced by the DriDanube project team during the duration of the projectand beyond. It enables the user to browse, view and examine drought-related datasets. Such interaction with spatial data can help answer questions and provide information related to many spatial phenomena. In this case the phenomenon is drought with its causes and consequences. By providing datasets and drought-relatedproducts calculated from data collected overalonger period of time,the Drought Watch UI adds atemporal component to the phenomenon and enables the user to examine the development and predict the possibility of drought occurrence over the Danube river catchment and project partner’s areas.
