This study identifies the risk factors that influence food security with nutritional assessment faced by the adults during Sungai Pahang basin flood disaster. The data collection was done qualitatively via a semi-structured interview with ten selected individuals affected by the floods. Based on the interview had been done, management and accessibility had been identified as the risk of food security during flood disaster. Their body mass index (BMI) status was normal, overweight and obese. As a conclusion, flood victims among adults during last flood disaster were in food secure although the risk factors are higher.
