Yale School of Medicine, 2024

We have added three new region-specific short courses (South Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa and Caribbean)! Launched as the first online certificate on climate change and health from a US school of public health, this 21-week online program for working professionals, including public health professionals, clinicians, mental health professionals, health educators, policymakers, environmental professionals, government officials, and advocates, has just been redesigned to reflect the most up-to-date science and best practices in the field of climate change and health. It is designed to equip you with the knowledge and proven strategies needed to increase your community’s resilience to the adverse health impacts of climate change and to communicate effectively about the health effects of climate change to the public and policymakers. Led by the Yale Center on Climate Change and Health, the certificate leverages advanced education tools and outstanding faculty to provide students with an unparalleled opportunity to learn and create change.
