This document describes the platform Finance in Common (FICS), hosted by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD). FICS is a global platform bringing together more than 520 public development banks from all around the world, as well as international organizations, civil society, regional associations of development finance institutions and the private sector. FICS promotes increased coherence in public development banks’ strategies and operations, by accelerating their convergence towards shared standards and best practices, focusing notably on the social and climate agendas.
